Do You Accept Insurance?

  • Services are private pay (self-pay) only, and all major debit and credit cards as well as FSA and HSA cards are accepted. 

  • Parents/guardians will be provided with Superbills (detailed medical receipts of services) for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Due to the nature of our practice (daycare, library, and center-based services), we do not provide evening or weekend appointments at this time.

How Long Will it Take to See Results?

Many factors impact how soon your child makes progress. This includes (but is not limited to) the child’s age, nature and severity of the disorder, motivation to participate, and follow-through with home strategies.

Every individual progresses at their own rate and we are committed to ensuring every client is set up for success.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If a cancellation is provided with at least 24 hours notice, no extra charges will be incurred.

A same-day cancellation incurs the full session rate.

Is Teletherapy as Effective as In Person Therapy?

Virtual therapy removes limitations that prevent clients from receiving needed and deserved services.

Research has shown that virtual therapy can be just as effective and engaging as in-person therapy. At Tiny Changes, we are able to utilize the same treatment methods and strategies for a majority of diagnoses. In some cases, virtual services offer options that are only accessible online.

Virtual therapy reduces cancellations and increases flexibility in scheduling due to reduced travel time.
